What's the timeline?

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025: Educational content in the early afternoon and evening Expo Hall Reception
Thursday, April 24th, 2025: Education Sessions, Vendor Presentations, and Expo
Friday, April 25th, 2025: Education Sessions

Need to fly in? We recommend flying in Tuesday the 22nd and an evening flight out the 25th or a morning flight out the 26th.

The venue, hotels, and many local restaurants are all within a 1-5 minute walk from each other. No need to rent a car! Just take an Uber or Shuttle in and you'll be good to go.
